Website and program information

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when making inquiries, registering, or placing an order. Class schedules, event details, availability, and prices may change; review the details shown for the specific service before completing a transaction. A booking inquiry does not confirm an engagement. Registration, payment, cancellation, refund, shipping, and participation terms must be provided with the relevant offering and reviewed before purchase. These website terms do not replace a separate booking agreement, event registration agreement, or parent/guardian authorization.

Parents and guardians

Online youth-program forms must be completed by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 should not submit their own information through this website. Participation permissions, emergency-contact information, and any required releases are handled separately from optional marketing consent.

Content and third-party services

Website text, photographs, designs, choreography, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Obtain permission before copying or commercially reusing materials unless the law permits that use. Third-party websites, payment services, and other connected services have their own terms. Optional SMS program

Victorious Visions may send informational messages about class and event registrations, reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and related customer support. With separate promotional consent, we may also send updates about classes, events, resources, offers, and other Victorious Visions opportunities. Message frequency varies according to your registrations, activity, and preferences.

You choose each message category through a separate optional, initially unchecked consent box. You may submit a form and purchase a service without agreeing to marketing texts. Providing your telephone number alone is not text-message consent. Messages may be delivered through automated technology. Only provide a number you are authorized to use, and let us know if your number changes.

Stopping messages and getting help

To cancel text messages, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. A confirmation of the opt-out may be sent, after which the program stops sending texts unless you enroll again. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel an existing registration or booking; contact us to discuss those services separately.

Rates and delivery

Your wireless plan may impose charges for messages you send or receive and for data use. Contact your mobile provider about those charges. Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Delivery depends on network availability and supported services; use the support email for time-sensitive questions.
