Victorious Visions Movement Enterprises, presented on this website as Victorious Visions ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, register for programs or events, request a booking, shop for resources, or choose to receive messages.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry details, registration information, and communication preferences. For youth programs, a parent or guardian completes the form and supplies the information needed for the child’s participation. Please do not include unnecessary medical, financial, or other sensitive details in a general contact form. Payment information is handled through the payment service used at checkout; its own privacy terms also apply.

How information is used

Information may be used to answer inquiries, manage bookings and registrations, deliver classes and events, fulfill orders, provide customer support, keep appropriate business records, protect our services, and send communications consistent with your choices. Promotional text messages are sent only when you separately opt in to that message category.

Text messages and consent

You may choose informational texts about class and event registrations, reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and related support. You may separately choose promotional texts about classes, events, resources, offers, and other Victorious Visions opportunities. Both choices are optional and are not preselected. Providing a telephone number or submitting a form does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Your mobile provider may charge message and data fees. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected]. We retain consent and opt-out records to honor your choices.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or disclose mobile numbers, SMS enrollment information, or text-message consent to affiliates or outside parties for their own advertising or promotional use. We keep information for the time reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards help protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. To request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about your available privacy rights, email us. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link and from texts by replying STOP.
