Open Session: Embodied Prayer

This open session invites dancers and worshipers to experience prayer through movement. Using guided prompts, breath, and intentional movement, we will explore how the body can become a living expression of communication with God. Open to all levels, this class creates space to slow down, listen, and move with purpose—both in person and online.
